User Management

The admin panel gives you visibility into your event’s participants — who’s attending, what they’ve collected, and how they’re progressing.

Viewing users

From the admin panel, go to Users to see:

  • All registered users (global or filtered by event)
  • Each user’s stamp count, point total, and rank
  • When they last participated
  • Connected accounts (GitHub, etc.)

User details

Click on any user to see their full profile:

  • Stamps collected — Which companies they’ve visited
  • Challenges completed — Their progress on event challenges
  • Points breakdown — Where their points came from
  • Event participation — Which events they’ve attended

Search and filter

You can search users by:

  • Display name
  • Event participation
  • Rank or tier
  • Stamp count range

Data export

Admins can export participation data for reporting. Available exports include:

  • User list with point totals
  • Stamp collection per event
  • Challenge completion rates
  • Leaderboard snapshots

Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Admin access to user data is scoped to your organization’s events. You cannot access data from events run by other organizations.
