Getting Started

Stellar Passport uses passkey authentication — no passwords to remember. Just your device’s biometrics (fingerprint, face, or screen lock).

Signing up

Visit demo.stellarpassport.xyz on your phone or computer
Tap Sign Up
Enter your display name
Confirm the passkey prompt — your device will ask for biometric verification
You’re in

Your passkey is tied to your device. It works across browsers on the same device and can sync via your platform’s passkey manager (iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, etc.).

Your first stamp

The easiest way to get started is at an event:

Find a booth with a Passport QR code
Open your phone’s camera and scan it — or use the scanner in the app
The stamp is automatically added to your passport
You’ll see the company name, stamp design, and points earned

You can also collect stamps outside of events by visiting builder profile pages and scanning their QR codes.

Passport — Your collection of all stamps earned
Scanner — Open the QR scanner directly

Connecting accounts

You can optionally connect your GitHub account to unlock additional features and verify your developer identity. Go to your profile settings to connect.

Tips

Keep your phone charged at events — you’ll be scanning a lot
Some challenges have time limits, so check the challenge details
You don’t need to be online to view your stamps, but you do need connectivity to scan new ones
