Rewards

Rewards are unlocked by earning points and completing challenges during events. They can be digital, physical, or both — depending on what the event organizers have set up.

How rewards work

Each event defines its own reward tiers. As you accumulate points, you unlock progressively better rewards.

On the Claim page during an event, you’ll see:

• Which rewards are available
• How many points are needed to unlock each one
• Which rewards you’ve already unlocked
• Your current point total and how far you are from the next reward

Claiming rewards

Once a reward is unlocked:

1. Go to the Claim page
2. Find the unlocked reward
3. Tap Claim and follow any instructions

Some rewards require you to visit a specific booth or location to pick them up (e.g., physical swag). Others are delivered digitally.

You’ll see a confirmation once the reward has been claimed.

Reward types

Event organizers can offer different types of rewards:

• Physical items — T-shirts, stickers, hardware wallets, swag bags
• Digital rewards — NFTs, tokens, access passes
• Experiences — VIP access, meet-and-greets, special sessions
• Recognition — Leaderboard placement, badges, certificates

Reward eligibility

Rewards are typically event-scoped. Points earned at Event A unlock rewards for Event A. Your global rank doesn’t automatically unlock event-specific rewards (though organizers can choose to factor it in).

Some rewards may also require completing specific challenges in addition to reaching a point threshold.
