Admin Overview

The Passport admin panel lets event organizers manage events, challenges, users, and rewards. Admin access is granted on a per-organization basis.

Requesting access

Admin access is not self-serve. To request admin access for your organization:

Email hi@bastiankoh.com with:

  • Your name and organization
  • The event(s) you’re planning to use Passport for
  • A brief description of your use case

We’ll get back to you with credentials and onboarding instructions.

What admins can do

Once you have access, the admin panel at demo.stellarpassport.xyz/admin gives you:

  • Event management — Create and manage events, sync with Luma
  • Challenge creation — Design challenges for your events
  • User management — View attendees, stamps, and participation data
  • Analytics — Track event engagement, stamp collection rates, and leaderboards
  • Reward configuration — Set up reward tiers and track claims
  • Builder management — Manage builder profiles and stamp designs

Admin roles

There are two levels of admin access:

  • Super Admin — Full access to all events and system settings
  • Org Admin — Access scoped to your organization’s events and data

Most event organizers receive Org Admin access for their organization.

Getting started

Once you have access:

  1. Log in at demo.stellarpassport.xyz/admin 
  2. Set up your organization settings
  3. Create or sync your first event — see Event Management
  4. Design challenges — see Creating Challenges
  5. Share QR codes with your booth partners
