The admin panel provides real-time analytics for your events. Track engagement, identify trends, and measure the impact of your Passport integration.

Event dashboard

Each event has an analytics dashboard showing:

  • Total participants — Unique users who collected at least one stamp
  • Total stamps collected — Aggregate across all users
  • Challenge completion rate — Percentage of participants completing each challenge
  • Average stamps per user — Engagement depth metric
  • Leaderboard — Top participants by points

Booth analytics

See which booths are getting the most traffic:

  • Stamps collected per company
  • Time distribution — when stamps are being scanned
  • Relative popularity compared to other booths

This helps you understand which companies are driving the most engagement and can inform booth placement for future events.

Challenge analytics

For each challenge:

  • Completion count and rate
  • Average time to completion
  • Drop-off points — where users are getting stuck

Real-time data

Analytics update in real-time during events. You can monitor the dashboard as the event runs to see engagement patterns develop.

Post-event reporting

After your event ends, all analytics remain accessible. Use them for:

  • Sponsor reports — show companies how much booth traffic they received
  • Event retrospectives — what worked, what didn’t
  • Planning future events — optimize challenge design and booth layout
